Aerobic treatment process

With our special aeration technology , we can raise the temperature in the sludge to sanitize it. No chemicals or external heating is needed

The process eliminates pathogens such as salmonella , e-coli and enterococcus and reduces a large amount medical residues. The outcome is a valuable and nutrient biofertilizer.

The limit for sanitisation is 55 degrees for 10 h. The treatment process take between 7-14 days depending on local conditions. Between 1-10 % Total Solids is needed for temperature to rise to 55 degrees. If TS is less than 1%, urea can be added to finish the process. Urea makes the product more rich in nitrogen.
